We had Bottle Green gym knickers. They were like big bloomers with elastic in the legs,which almost came down to our knees! Kathleen Mc.

I thought I told you to keep your liberty bodice on while pole dancing! I'm sure I wore a vest underneath, did they have rubber buttons as well? Maybe you should try some Vick on your chest.
Really, I'm sorry your chest infection has returned, what a shame when you were ready to give MTX another try.

I think I must be strange, I liked the aertex blousers and the bloomers kept your bum warm in the winter months.

I'm on the "up" thanks Glenys. Still feel drained, but then at my advaced age I suppose it's only to be expected! I think I shall have to buy a pair of under-armpit bloomers for the dancing!! Now wouldn't that be a sight for sore eyes?! Love Jeanxxxxx

Glad your on the up Jean x blimey what lot things you had wear for PE,we ahd leotards at primary school,shorts and one those collared p shirts. same for middle and upper school minus the leotard. oh and a tennis skirt for tennis. was a good icnentive to run faster for cross country running in those small shorts,t shirts. brr perish thought now melly cuddly cats make my world seem so much more fun
